The ticket price for a normal admission was set at £25, But, for an autograph and dinner with the Blue legend, the price was set at a massive number of £100 and £500 respectively.
Former English captain John Terry has been in the headlines these days regarding his one-man speaking tour. The event named ‘Evening with John Terry’ has been slated to take place in four different cities across England including Basingstoke, Birmingham, Bournemouth and London. It will enable the opportunity for fans to meet Terry and spend some quality time with the legendary footballer.
After the Basingstoke schedule was wrapped up on September 8, questions have been raised regarding the sky-high prices of tickets to Terry’s events where fans can get an autograph of the Chelsea legend and have dinner with him.

For the Birmingham show of John Terry, the ticket price for a normal admission was set at £25 (approximately Rs 2,600). But if anyone wants to add the autograph and dinner to the package, the price tag takes a massive hike. Only for an autograph, a person will be required to pay an additional fee of £100 (more than Rs 10,000), excluding the normal ticket price.
Meanwhile, if he wants to enjoy a two-course dinner with Terry, the extra charge will be £500 (nearly Rs 51,000). There is also a group package for the dinner segment. One can book a table for ten people at a cost of £5000. This package automatically included Terry’s autograph and a chance to click a photograph with the Englishman.
The website that is promoting the event, shows that the £5,000 table is already sold out for the upcoming two shows in Bournemouth and London. As per the website, the packages are divided into three categories- Platinum, Gold and Silver.
The Platinum package for the Birmingham show costs £150. People who go for this ticket will get the opportunity to watch the show from the front row. Though the autograph is not guaranteed with this package, fans can have that privilege if they enter the venue early.
In the Gold package, fans will be able to click a photograph with the English legend but the autograph will not be a part of it. Apart from the London schedule, the Gold package for the other shows costs £100. People attending the show in the English capital will have to pay £110 to purchase the Gold package.

The Silver package, on the other hand, provides a balcony seat. Fans opting for this package will get a photo with John Terry. This ticket is priced at £55 for all shows.
The hosts of ‘Evening with John Terry’ are Knock Out memorabilia and Events. This will be the first time Terry has been part of such a live event. So the organisers are hopeful that they will sell out the events in a short while.
